Setting up Poby

Install Poby from the Shopify App Store, then add the Poby block to your thank-you and order-status pages in the theme editor, choose your questions, and publish. Most merchants are live in about five minutes — no developer required.

Common questions

Where does it appear? On the thank-you page after checkout and the order-status page. Does it slow checkout? No — it adds zero blocking calls and loads asynchronously. Can I export data? Yes, CSV export is included on Premium. For more, see the FAQ on our home page.
